Five hires’ worth of work, one person who owns it.
Hi, I’m Shir — a digital generalist who’s spent the last 6+ years doing the thing most agencies split across five different hires: strategy, design, development, automation, and the messy project management that holds it all together.
I’ve built and run websites end to end, managed teams of virtual assistants, led NFT projects to sold-out launches, and shipped a Chrome extension people actually use. I’ve sourced and designed physical products that sold tens of thousands of units. None of that happened by accident — it happened because I take ownership of a project the way I’d want someone to take ownership of mine.
